This notice explains the information collected through the project-review form.
What you provide
When you inquire, The Foliage Co receives your contact details, role, project location, budget range, timing, and description. Company and phone are optional unless you request a phone response. This form does not accept file uploads.
How it is used and shared
We use the information to review project fit, respond to your request, and coordinate the next conversation with Interior Foliage Design. Your project details may be shared with Interior Foliage Design for that purpose. Website hosting and inquiry storage use Cloudflare. Inquiry notifications use Amazon Web Services email infrastructure.
Cookies and advertising
The project-review pages do not load advertising pixels or analytics trackers. Your form works without marketing consent. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails or SMS. The form keeps answers in the current page while you navigate between steps; do not close or reload the page before submitting.
Security and retention
We limit access to project information to people and service providers involved in handling the inquiry. Information is retained as needed for the inquiry, any resulting project, and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Basic request information may be processed by the hosting provider for security and reliable operation.

To ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern, email info@thefoliageco.com. We will assess your request in light of the records involved and any obligations to retain them.
